Enabling LDAP for Domain Authentication

Latest reply: Feb 24, 2019 09:36:42 776 1 1 0 0

Situation:

FusionCompute uses LDAP over SSL (LDAPS) for domain authentication. You can enable LDAP for domain authentication to connect to servers supporting the LDAP. However, LDAP may pose security risks

Conditions:

  • You have logged in to the FusionCompute.
  • You have permission to modify domain authentication information.

Procedures:

  • On the FusionCompute, choose System > Right Management > Domain Authentication Information.
  • The Domain Authentication Information page is displayed, as shown in Figure 1.
  • Figure 1 Domain Authentication Information

  • Select LDAP or LDAPS for Protocol as required.
  • NOTE:
  • After the selection, enter required domain authentication information. Otherwise, the domain user fails the login.
