Whenever you get a query related to IPV6 connectivity issues between VMs and Network devices, you need to validate the following, depending on the Fusion Compute Version:

Prerequisites:

1. On FusionCompute choose Network > IPv6 fordwarding settings...

The IPv6 forwarding settings page is displayed.

2. Enable or disale the IPv6 function for all hosts..

-If Enable is selected go to step 4.

3. Click OK

A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

4. Click OK

A confirmation dialog is displayed.

5. Click OK
The task is complete.

Then try to test Network conectivity again by pinging the devices.
Remember the devices should be in the same Network segment.
