eMRS Recording Failure

What are the possible causes?

Please check these steps:

1. If eMRS and eMDC are deployed on the same server,On the eMDC, choose MDC Service to check whether the eMRS node is configured, whether the IP address of the eMRS node is correct, and whether the SIP user name and password are correct.
2. Check whether the BCC is configured in the MRS service on the eMRS side. Check whether the IP address and port number are the same as those of the BCC. The SIP user name and password are the same as the SIP user name and password added to the eMRS node in the MDC service.
3. If 1021 SIP Link Communication Fault is reported in the alarm monitoring window, check the SIP user name and password. (Perform the check on both the eMDC and eMRS.)
To rectify the fault, change the SIP user names and passwords on the two sides to be the same.
4. The recording number segment on the eMDC side is not configured or is too small.
5. The recording number segment on the eMRS side is not configured or the configured range is too small.
6. Access the license management page of the web management system of the eAPP to check the license status of the current system. If the license file is not loaded or expires, apply for a new license file.

If the issue still occurs please post here the error in order to find a solution for you.
