【Problem Description】: Temp license for ICP1.0 platform shows deactivate
【Problem Analysis】:
(1)From the status of license, it shows deactivate and the revoke reason is that the license is not in force yet
(2)Check with RDE and search in the code and find that if the system time is not included in the license duration,it will show like this, so we suspect the time of CTI is not correct;
(3)After modify the CTI time to normal and license works.
【Root Cause】: The CTI OS time is abnormal and not within the license validity period.
