1. See if the five services of the SC are successfully started, as shown below.
2. Look at the 122, 8443, 1719, 5060 these ports have no monitoring, as shown in the figure shows normal monitoring
the command: Netstat –aon|findstr 122.
3. If the services are started normally and the ports are listening properly, contact the SMC side maintenance personnel to collect the location information to see if the SMC sends a request to the SC.
4. If the service is not started normally or the port is not listening, try to disable the currently unused NIC, only retain the NIC with the current address, and then restart the SC service to see if it returns to normal. If not, please install the SC. The Bin folder in the directory is packaged and sent to us. For example, the SC installation directory is D:\Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd\Switch Center\Bin, and the Bin file is packaged.
