Hello to all friends


I have an EM6T card and I want to put it on OSN500

I did this but it was not detected by the device


I looked at a document and it said this card is supported by OSN500


Could it be because of the device firmware?

If the OptiX OSN 500 does not detect the EM6T board, the possible causes are as follows:


1. The device version does not match the board version.

The functional version of the EM6T/EM6F is TNM1.

You can use the Navigator to query the versions of the equipment and boards.


2. The board is not in the specified slot.

The M6T/EM6F board can be installed in slots 3 and 4. The slot configuration priority is as follows: slot 4 > slot 3. The logical slots displayed on the NMS are the same as the physical slots.


3. board fault

If any board is faulty, contact Huawei technical support engineers.
