Fault cause

UE fails to register video services.

Troubleshooting

1. Check whether the ipmapping is properly configured. On the Customized IP Addresses page of the eUDC, specify the IP network segment and the subnet mask.

2. Check whether the eMDC can ping the UE IP address.

3. Check whether the UE password is the same as the one saved on the network side.
