eLTE terminal, is not possible to download the offline map

eLTE terminal, is not possible to download the offline map

Issue Description

Problem Description: When a user try to download the offline map pushing on the “"Click to download maps" part of the device screen, the system don’t do anything, EP820 terminal.

Handling Process

EP820(V100R004C10B163) can not download the offline map and system mentioned that "map resource not found on network side ". It means that there is no offline map resource existed and it should be uploaded in eAPP system. and then ,terminal can download offline map successfully.

Root Cause

this is offline map did not configured in network side which caused termianl can not download it .

Solution

configuring offline map in eAPP system and the measure can be find in product documentation.
