eLTE system equipment power consumption

Is there a basis for calculating the power consumption of the eLTE system? The project delivery owner requested to provide equipment power consumption, rated power consumption, and maximum power consumption. It would be better if there was a tool for calculation (eCore9300, eCore9100, BBU3910, eRRU3232, IPCLK3000 and other equipment).
