When a TTR system is running properly, its terminals or devices connected to the terminals can access the Internet through the TTR system.
Many schemes can help achieve interconnectivity between a TTR system and the Internet. This part describes two scenarios for your reference:
Scenario 1: A TTR system directly accesses the Internet using a router/firewall.
Scenario 2: A TTR system accesses a customer's network to access the Internet by using the AR2220.
The preceding two scenarios aim to achieve the interconnectivity between a TTR system and the Internet. The router/firewall used in Scenario 1 and Scenario 2 can be provided externally or purchased separately. The router/firewall must support the NAT function. AR2220 is used as an example. Table 1-1 provides corresponding details.
