elog Server certificate unable to import

Hello everyone,

I have created a good JKS file with a complete chain but I cannot import it in elog because of some strange password message.

The password I tried is “XXXXXX01!” and also a much stronger one but nothing works.

The version is V200R007C10SPC100

Hi Rengar,
I checked with R&D, you have to use 2 special characters, and “!” (exclamation mark) is not supported.
You can replace “!” with “@”: for example you can try with this password -XXXXXX@01#
