Customer feedback they are usually unable to open elog server page. But servers can be ping.
Elog version: V200R0003C10SPC300
Issue Description
When opening the management page https://serverip:32229 and error as follow:
This site can't be reached
but we can pinging elog servers from PC

Handling Process
Check the system, we found elog backstage working normally, but can’t open the management page then we shut down the elog servers and restarted, This issue was solved.
Run the cd /opt/huawei/LogCenter/Runtime/bin command to access the scriptdirectory.
Run the su loguser command to switch to the loguser user.
Run the ./shutdownSystem.sh
Run the ./startupSystem.sh
Root Cause
From the old version of the elog, it is a known issue, when this time elog backstage working normally, but the management web cannot open.
Solution
Upgradethe new version V200R005C00SPC205
