EG8247W ONT upgrade problem.

Hi,


Some ONTs cannot upgrade although  file is uploaded and vas profile work.

What is the problem? I can do with NCE

Because I don't know what you have done, and I can't view your VAS file information (for security reasons).
You are advised to refer to the upgrade guide at the following link first.
