Hello there!


Perform the following steps:


1. Click the following link https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/en/category/access-network-pid-1482605784817?submodel=9856746 to access the Access Network section of the support website of the Enterprise Network. All ONT products are displayed.


2. Click the type of device that you need, such as EchoLife HG8245U --> Software Download. All released software related to the product can be found here.

3. Click and download the software you needed.


NOTE: 


You need to have a Huawei account and authority to download the firmware; if you don't have the authority, you can ask your provider to support and download it from the Huawei support website.

If you cannot download, please upgrade your permissions.

Hello, we are ISP provider and we are having problems with a model of ONT EG8145V5, we can not spend more than 130Mb-170Mb via WiFi 5G AC, we have tested with Iphone X Samsung, Galaxy S10 and Laptop with 2x2 mimo 802.11AC Card, with the 3 devices the same. We need help with this problem, we have tested with the Etherne port and the speed reached is 940Mb. The firmware version is V5R019C00S100, if you have a new version that can help send me the. For the corporate network, the current latest version is EchoLife EG8145V5 V500R019C10SPC161. For ISPs, you need to contact the local Huawei equipment dealer to confirm whether the latest version is used, because the version varies for different regions and different operators

Hello I also have problems with this ruter.
On wifi 5Ghz the devices in lan cannot connect with each other sometimes they can but download speed is ridiculous 5Kb/s .

Everything is turned off also with antivirus. On 2,4Ghz devices can connect and speed is about 200Mbps.
