EG8145V5 MODEM FIBER can't open 5Ghz and LAN ports are 100mbits not 1000?

You need to use an administrator account to modify advanced device configurations. 

To enable 5 GHz Wi-Fi, perform the following steps:

1. Click the Advanced > WLAN tab, and choose 5G Basic Network Settings from the navigation tree on the left. In the right pane, configure the basic parameters of the 5G Wi-Fi network.

2. Click Apply.

Why the LAN port rate is 100 Mbit/s?

Check whether the upstream device (OLT) restricts the ONT bandwidth and rate, because the ONT bandwidth and rate depend on the upstream device (OLT). Then check whether the network cable of the device supports the 1000 Mbit/s transmission rate.
