EG8145V5 factory reset doesn't work

I try to log in into the main panel at : http://192.168.1.1/ with the credentials from the device(from behind)
user: Epuser - pw: userEp. But I cant login so I tried to factory reset holding the resert button for more than 10 seconds (also I tried 15 secs 30 secs) and nothing it's working , everytime the device reset have the same configuration.
