According to previous experience, most DHCP problems occur on the OLT. You can check the OLT configuration first.

According to the problem description, you can check whether the user service VLAN is bound to the DHCP server. If the user service VLAN is bound to the DHCP server, the ONT cannot obtain an IP address.
