EG8120L Port Forwarding Config Lost after Reboot

Hi, there.

I'm testing behavior on the ONT model EG8120L. They lose port forwarding config after reboot. Happens only if connected to an OLT.

Is there any option on the OLT side that can wipe this kind of config from ONT, like a profile?

1. Please confirm whether your purchase channel is formal.

2. Please contact the equipment supplier to confirm that the software is defective. If necessary, you can request to reload the firmware or replace the equipment.

Problemas happens with model EG8245H also.
Looks liek something related to config type.

ont ipconfig 0 0 ip-index 1 pppoe vlan 3000 priority 0 user-account username "eg8120l" password "123456"
ont internet-config 0 0 ip-index 1
ont wan-config 0 0 ip-index 1 profile-id 0
ont policy-route-config 0 0 profile-id 0
ont port route 0 0 eth 1 enable
ont port route 0 0 eth 2 enable

Hello!What tool did you use to configure and where did you see the alert?
I suggest you try it on the OLT side.

Directly configured on the olt via telnet.

Just to update information. The problem only happens if the wan service is configured using the "ont ipconfig" command. If wan service is added over the onus web-interface , it doesn't happen.
This problem affects port forwarding and dmz entries, e assume because the wan service is recreated every time the onu is rebooted.
Should i consider this behavior as a bug ?  
I have the same problem, could you solve it? Would you tell me how?

It is recommended that you configure the ONT remotely by issuing a profile on the OLT.

Hi, i've got a response from huawei support that this is the correct behavior, port forwarding doesn't save if using wan-service config on olt. Extremely annoying since others vendors like fiberhome have the same option and it works. For now we need to create a wan service over web interface.
