Hello！What tool did you use to configure and where did you see the alert? I suggest you try it on the OLT side.

Directly configured on the olt via telnet.

Just to update information. The problem only happens if the wan service is configured using the "ont ipconfig" command. If wan service is added over the onus web-interface , it doesn't happen. This problem affects port forwarding and dmz entries, e assume because the wan service is recreated every time the onu is rebooted. Should i consider this behavior as a bug ? |

Dear friend! It is recommended that you configure the ONT remotely by issuing a profile on the OLT.

Hi, i've got a response from huawei support that this is the correct behavior, port forwarding doesn't save if using wan-service config on olt. Extremely annoying since others vendors like fiberhome have the same option and it works. For now we need to create a wan service over web interface. |
