Hi there.


I have the EG network router and I'm trying to reset the WiFi password but I'm unable to log in. Did try restarting the router and used the login details Epuser password userEp but neither worked. Do you have any suggestions? I need to change our WiFi password cause someone's using it without consent.

Hi user! can you try this?

Method 1: Pressing the reset button.
Power on your router and wait for the router to start up. Use a pointed object to press the reset button for more than 2 seconds, then release the button after the indicator goes out. When the indicator turns red, your router has been restored to factory settings. The settings in the router will be deleted when you restore the router to factory settings. You will need to re-configure the Internet connection.
