The solution curenly running is eLTE 5.0-3GPP, eDC610 version V100R005C00SPC300, EP820 version V100R004C10B361

eDC half-duplex call not supported, we can't make half-duplex call to UE 2011 or UE 2010.

After checking the logs, we found that 3GPP and NAT don't support half-duplex call, the user type needs to be changed
