ECS remains in the restarting for a long time

If an ECS remains in the Restarting or Stopping state for over 30 minutes after being restarted, you can forcibly restart or stop the ECS as follows:

1. Open the browser, enter the login address of the ServiceCenter tenant portal in the address box, and press Enter.

For example, enter https://console.type1.com/.

2. Enter the account and password of the resource administrator, and click Log In.

3. On the right of the navigation tree, select Region and Project.

4. Under Computing, click Elastic Cloud Server.

5. Select the target ECS and click Restart or Stop.

A dialog box is displayed to confirm whether you want to restart or stop the ECS.

6. In the dialog box displayed, select Forcibly restart or Forcibly stop.

7. Click OK.
