Issue Description:
ECS disconnect with USM
Possbile reason:
- The interworking user name or password configured on the BMU is different from the user name or password configured on the USM.
- The uPortal interworking IP address configured on the BMU is incorrect.
Solution :
- On the BMU home page, if "All disconnected" is displayed in USM Connection Status and "Failed to verify the password or the account" is displayed in status details, the interworking user name or password configured on the BMU is different from the user name or password configured on the USM.
- On the BMU home page, if "All disconnected" is displayed in USM Connection Status and "Non-uPortal address or uPortal ACL is not configured" is displayed in status details, the uPortal interworking IP address configured on the BMU is incorrect.
