ChooseAlarm>Query Alarm  Log.   On theGeneral optionstab page, setRecordsto return  to  1000and retain default values for other parameters. ClickOK.    After the query results are displayed, right-click the result and   selectSave  asfrom the shortcut menu. SelectAllforSave   Rows.

Under the CGP NE, run the MML commandSET    FTPSENABLE:;to enable the FTP server function of the core network.    ChooseMaintenance>NE File Managementand selectAlarm    Datato collect vCGP logs.

Operation logs

Log in to the LMT of the core network and    chooseSystem>Security Management>Log  >Operation  Log. Set the query time based on the fault   occurrence time. Save  different query results by settingQuery type  toImportantandAll respectively. Select allColumns  and selectAllforSave  Rows.

Collect the OMU running log, host log,    database log, and OS log based on the fault scenarios.
