ISSUE DESCRIPTION


I want to monitor some EchoLife HG8546M devices using Cacti that supports SNMP protocol.


Is there any firmware or way to use SNMP with EchoLife HG8546M?

Good day!

In this case, it's necessary to configure SNMP on the OLT (MA5600T, MA5603T, MA5608T) and connect the HG8546 to the OLT. You can configure SNMP on the OLT.

SNMP directly to ONT (HG8546) is not possible.

Echolife HG8546M does not support SNMP, so there is no way to use it for monitoring.
