Problem Description
The user reported a problem of uploading the SSID configuration file to the ONT.
Problem Analysis
The U2000 displays the following error message:

This problem occurs when the system reads the configuration parameters of the loaded ONT profile. The ONT model is EG8247H5, and the SSID profile is not allocated.
This error does not occur when VASs are loaded to ONTs of other models. If SSIDs are allocated:
This works properly in the EG8247H5 model (with two devices connected)
The following information is confirmed with the R&D team:
1. The EG8247H5 board is supported in V200R018C60 and later versions, but not in V200R016C50. Therefore, an error is reported when the EG8247H5 board is queried.
2. Are there opportunities for migrating NCE? You are advised to migrate data to NCE. Confirm with the frontline personnel and urge the user to migrate the data to NCE.
3. The displayed SSID is incorrect. Can the configurations on the ONT take effect after the profile is bound? If the ONT works properly, the display is incorrect. Because the current version has reached EOS, you are advised to migrate it to NCE.
Root Cause
The EG8247H5 board is available since V200R018C60. However, V200R016C50 does not support this board. Therefore, an error is reported when the EG8247H5 board is queried.
Solution Description
Instructs users to submit RFCs for version upgrade.
