Please check the link once again. I've verified the link and it works absolutely fine. The versions available for HG8247 are V100R006 - V100R006C01- V100R006C00.

Did you get the firmware? I have the same issue.
Bought the device in portugal but now I can not get general version of Huawei. Thats needed for use in Holland
Strange isn't it. Seems that they do not want to support there own products.
Bit of maffia practice ???
Every firmware for smartphones are online, strange
