I have registered my EchoLife HG8240H device on your site. So where I can download the last firmware version for my router? I can't find any firmware on your site.

@Sahej, have you managed to download the firmware? Ussualy when you register a product to the website in order to enhange your priviledges it takes couple of days for it to be approved. could you let us know if you managed to?

No. I registered my routers 7 days before, but I can't see any firmware for that

hey Sahej, are you trying to download the firmware or you want to submit an Service request to receive help in troubleshooting? If you click on the application number and go down the page once you accessed it you don't have the option to download the file

Hello, I need download the firmware... As I understand, for that I need register my devices... I was registered my devices, but I cant download the firmware, cause I can't see any links for firmware download..
