Problem Description
The EG8247H5, SW Version V5R019C00S100 has the following problems:
1) VoIP, SIP authentication, and binding hardware problems.




2) We attempted to configure the ONT in bridge mode, but failed. We have other ONTs HG8247H. This problem does not occur. Is the SW version of the ONT EG8247H5 faulty?
3) At the same time, user finds that some attributes of the VAS profile cannot be applied to the ONT.
Problem Analysis
Check remotely:
1. Check the line test on the U2000. The result is " Conclusion: Connected to the ground ".

2. Ask the user to disconnect the line on the ONT side and perform the line test again. The test result is " Conclusion " Connected to the ground ".
3. Lab test:
If the ONT is connected to a phone and the status is OK, the result is " Conclusion: Normal ".

If no phone is connected to the ONT, the result is " Conclusion: Broken lines ".

4. According to the preceding log analysis, the Sliccheck fails, indicating that the voice service is abnormal, which is related to the driver.

5. At the same time, two POTS ports are in the lock state. It is suspected that the line may be faulty. Therefore, you need to check the line port and phone. Therefore, the ONT hardware of the voice module is faulty.
