Hi,

I have a big problem...

referring to https://forum.huawei.com/enterprise/en/problem-with-tr069-and-the-ma5600/thread/689147-100181.

Now, I did the undo ont internet config 0 0, and the EG8145V5 is provisioned from the ACS but anyway if I modify something, for example if I do a specific IPv4 Port Mapping and then I save and I restart the EG8145V5 the configuration about the IPv4 Port Mapping is lost...

After verifying the device information, I found that the WAN configure of the OLT was issued every time the device was restarted.


After the ONT is restarted, the OLT issues the WAN configuration again. The ONT deletes the WAN configuration previously issued before by the OLT, and then the OLT issues a new WAN configuration.


After the WAN configuration is deleted by the ONT, the port mapping rule bound to the WAN configuration is also deleted.


The preceding information is the result of reproducing the problem based on the information provided by you.


Although you have changed the management channel (ACS server) before that, guess the same situation.


Solution


It is recommended that you create a WAN on the ONT web page and bind the WAN to the Web WAN when configuring port mapping.


Similarly, you need to configure the corresponding service on the OLT or ACS based on the configured Web WAN parameters to access the network.
