Hi, there!


I can't login to my device. My IP address is: http://192.168.18.1/ and I  am using: http://192.168.18.1/login.asp

I have tried both:

Username: Epuser
Password: userEp

and:

User name: Epadmin
Password: adminEp

But neither works. Please advise!

EG series products
The default user name and password of a common user are Epuser and userEp.


If you fail to log in using the default account and password, the following situations may occur: 


1. The password of the default account has been changed. 


2. The default password varies in different regions. 


 Solution: 


Contact the device provider or ISP to obtain the administrator account and password, log in to the web page using the administrator account and password, and change the default password.
