Echolife DG8045 VDSL Router [Ping Problem]

Hi there.

I have an Echolife DG8045 VDSL router and I subscribed to my internet service with Vodafone internet service provider and I can't ping to my static IP which is already working and I out to network by this IP with no problems but I can't ping to this IP from WAN or outside LAN network.
