Does the EchoLife DG8045 Support running in Bridge Mode or Not?

I understand this device has reached EOL but unfortunatly my ISP is still using it and has told me that the Manufacturer did not provide this feature to them and directed me to ask you if i may.

Hi there!
The DG8045 is an ISP copper modem. It works in gateway mode and cannot be changed. If you need a copper modem in bridge mode, contact your ISP to request a replacement for a modem that supports bridge.
Thank you!

other ISPs have the same model and they support bridge mode. Also the manual mentions how to enable bridge mode but only on how to create a PPPoE connection on your PC and not how to enable it on the modem itself.

Dear friend! The DG8045 is used together with the central office device. If you need to make changes, contact your ISP to replace the device,

i am not debating that. i am merely after some information since the ISP is claiming that you as a manufacturer did not provide them with that feature in the device as in they are shifting the blame onto you. If the device is fully featured IF the ISP has that control then please confirm it.
