Symptom:
Currently, only two types of certificate alarms are generated on eBackup.
1. No matching certificate is available for the storage unit (OBS for the storage unit).
2. No matching certificate exists in the protected environment.
Possible causes:
When creating storage units and protected environments, you can import certificates or do not import certificates. If the certificate is not imported, services are not affected. If the certificate is not imported, the certificate alarm shown in the preceding figure is generated.
Troubleshooting Procedure:
Application scenario: public cloud private cloud HCSO
1. Log in to the active eBackupServer node and switch to user root.
2. vim /opt/huawei-data-protection/ebackup/microservice/ebk_alarmxxxx/conf/hcpconf.ini. (The directory varies with eBackup versions.)
3. Find the configuration item NoMatchCertWarning=1. Change the value of this parameter to 0. Save the settings and exit.
4. The certificate alarm of the eBackup Portal is manually cleared.
