Hi, dear user.
0x28000018: When a DHCP user dials up and goes online, the system generates this event if the IP address allocated by the server is the same as the IP address bound to an existing user.
Impact on the System
The conflicting user fails to go online, but the user that is already online is not affected.
Possible Causes
The IP address allocated by the server is the same as the IP address bound to an existing user.
Procedure
1. Run the display event history eventid 0x28000018 command to query the historical records of this event. You can see the IP address allocated by the server from the Allocated IP address parameter. At the same time, run the display udm user all command to query the IP addresses of all users and check whether the IP address allocated by the server is the same as the IP address bound to an existing user.
If the allocated IP address is the same as the IP address bound to an existing user, check the address allocation configuration of the server and ensure that the configuration of the server is correct (judge the configuration based on the specified server that is used). Then, go to 2.
If the allocated IP address is not the same as any IP address bound to an existing user, go to 3.
2. The terminal user dials up again. Then, check whether this event persists.
If this event persists, go to 3.
If this event does not persist, go to 4.
3. Contact Huawei for technical support.
4. End.
Thanks.
