Hi,


I have problem with OLT EA5801-GP08 and ONT EG8010H

OLT version:

  VERSION : EA5801V100R019C00

  PATCH   : SPH101

  PRODUCT : EA5801-GP08


ONT version: V300R018C00.


This ONT should work with my OLT, it is supported and version is correct.


When I'm trying to register, I get the error:

Hello Friend, this ONT is supported by this OLT. You may need to update your OLT software version to the following version: V100R019C10SPC221.


The current version that your OLT is currently on has been discontinued.

After upgrade OLT to SPH216, the ONT still is not working:

Hello,

You can run the display ont customized-info command to check whether the ONT is a customized product.

If the ONT is a customized product, it may be incompatible with the EA5801.

Alternatively, you can refer to the following link to register the ONT configuration:

When ONT is not online I can't display customized-info:

This problem may be caused by the ONT. Please provide more information about the ONT and photos of the device nameplate.
