Hi every body!

Good afternoon!

Can you give me a hand, but above i wolud like all know your opinions.

For a project that we are carrying out, it is correct to say that the E9000 solution does not support double controller, although we can add up to 2 full-width nodes with disks, not having a double controller?  Can we add external storage?

Anyone know what is the reason why Huawei does not have a solution with DAS in the E9000? Does it have any advantage to use external storage or storage with server nodes in front of a DAS?

From now, thank you for you help!

regards

Andrés

Hi, UY_CDM!

Good afternoon

For your first question: we can add up to 2 full-width nodes with disks, not having a double controller?  Can we add external storage?

I think it is "Yes", you can add 2 full-width nodes.

For you another question: Anyone know what is the reason why Huawei does not have a solution with DAS in the E9000? Does it have any advantage to use external storage or storage with server nodes in front of a DAS?

I think it is that the E9000 servers are better at computing and data processing.

The E9000 is better at computing and data processing.

Huawei has many storage products for DAS to store data. In addition, data can be read and used more conveniently.

Thank you very much!
