E9000 - Unable to remotely access chassis E9000

Customer want to resolve the issue he have a E9000 chassis 4 blades in it. The IP he gave to the chassis cannot ping that but the blades in that chassis is accessible.

More over we have 3 more chassis in the same network which are accessible.

so after checking with him and collect logs we found that he didn't gave Gateway to the chassis .
