E9000--- Switch Module in E9000 blade chassis Stuck Issue

417 0 0 0 0

the customer has problem in network on sites and after disscusing with him and collect the logs for E9000

and  communicated with RDE confirmed there is not any issue in FC plane according to the CX311’s log analysis.

There is only one risk: 10GE/1/17/2 port has many CRC errors, which only affect the Ethernet plane, and it is not related to the FC service.

Also need to upgrade the firmware as it is too old
