As per our expert recommendation, the problem could be solved by upgrading the IBMC, CPLD and BIOS. Hence, kindly check the following URLs for the upgrade packages for your E9000 Server:
1. CH121 V3&CH222 V3-BIOS-V509;
2. CH121 V3&CH222 V3-CPLD-V206;
3. CH121 V3&CH222 V3-iBMC-V320.
