Display card：nvidia GRID
Version：not related

Symptom：
・customer installed nvidia GRID display card, when using command “nvidia-smi”, error message reported “unable to communicate with GPU because it is insufficiently powered”

Debug method：
1. Get type of display card from customer, check if we have it in compatibility list
2. Check if there are some alarms in iMana.
3. Let customer check if there are come GPU power cable didn’t connected. Also show the customer which slot is for GPU cable
Below position 23 is the slot to install GPU cable

Root Cause：
Customer didn’t install the power cable

Solution

Solution：
Install the GPU power cable correctly regarding the picture provided to customer.
