HiCoins as reward: 0 (problem unresolved)

Hi, I have the following connection: E6608T with LTX connected to an OTM BWS1600G V40. At the first location, the wavelength can be seen on the V40. Quite normal as to be expected. But not at the second location. The wiring is identical, the plugs have been cleaned. With the MCA I also see that the wavelength arrives correctly from the cable. Only via the port for this wavelength it does not work. Since I have other free wavelengths, I've also tried here. These don't work either. I don't see any wavelengths at location two that I give from the LTX to the V40.

Dear friend!

Please perform the following operations:

1. The fiber connection is incorrect.
Reconnect the optical fiber.
2. The wavelength parameters are incorrect.
The LTX board supports tunable wavelength optical modules. The optical signals on the WDM side can be tunable within 80 wavelengths with 50 GHz spacing in the C band. On the NMS, check whether the wavelength of the WDM-side optical interface on the LTX board is the same as the wavelength or frequency of the WDM-side optical interface connected from the OUT port to the V40 port on the LTX board. If they are different, change the wavelength of the WDM-side optical interface on the NMS. If the wavelength parameters are correct, go to the next step.
3. The V40 port parameters and check parameters are incorrectly set.
Set V-O-A to 0 dB for the port connected to the LTX board on the V40 board, connect the MCA board to the MON port on the V40 board, set the power compensation to 10 dB, and perform wavelength scanning. If the required wavelength cannot be scanned, go to the next step.
4. The board hardware is faulty.
Do a comparative test. Change the wavelength of the OUT port of the LTX and connect it to another port of the V40. Then, go to step 3. If the target wavelength is detected, the previously used V40 port is faulty. In this case, stop using it. If the target wavelength still cannot be scanned, replace the V40 port. If the V40 port still cannot be scanned, the LTX optical module may be faulty. In this case, replace the optical module.
Thank you!
