Hi,

I've been using the Huawei E5783B mobile wifi.

But I don't know much about wifi extenders, can someone explain it to me?

Also, I heard that the E5783B has an extender feature, how should I use it?

E5783B is a consumer product.


The Wi-Fi extender feature increases Wi-Fi coverage and enables the Mobile WiFi to connect to Wi-Fi hotspots. Once this feature is enabled, when the Mobile WiFi enters an area with Wi-Fi coverage, it automatically connects to an available Wi-Fi hotspot to reduce mobile data usage.


To use this feature:

1. Connect your phone to the Mobile WiFi through Wi-Fi.

2. Open the HUAWEI SmartHome app and touch Tools > Wi-Fi extender. Select the SSID of the Wi-Fi hotspot that you want to connect to, enter the password, and then connect to it.
