Dear Huawei support,
On Jan 2015 I've bought WiFi router Huawei E5377Ts-32 with Huawei 24 monthes guarantee.

I used this nice device for 6 monthes without any problems but today it goes down without any reason.
Router can't establish the internet connection with any sim-cards, can't find any 3G networks (only 2G) and it's always writing 'Connecting' but doesn't connect to the network.
My sim-card is OK, internet data plan is opened and it works fine with another WiFi routers, APN settings in router also is correct.
Also I tried insert different sim-cards in router - it's also doesn't work.
When I tries to change current network through option 'Network Settings' to '4G only' or '3G only' or '2G only' I receive error message 'Failed'.
The same error message 'Failed' also I receive when I choose 'Manual' in 'Network Search'.
I tries several times to reset the router by pressing on button 'Reset', it was resetted to factory defaults but router still doesn't
work. It looks like problem with software in router.

Can you please give me recommendations how to repair the router ?
