Hello,


I'm unable to connect to the wifi. I have tried restarting and resetting the modem, but to no avail. The WLAN LED is on, and sometimes blinks, including when I try to connect to the wifi. I tried running some diagnostics (see pictures) but I'm not sure what the results mean. In particular, was does "error 3254" imply?

I also have a computer with an ethernet connection, but I can't access the internet by using it either.

I haven't been able to find answers anywhere, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
