Dear Friend! hope below can help:

Root Cause:
May be the PQ1 card or D12S card is fault
May be the E1 (120) cable or connector is fault
Suggestions:
- Check all the possible causes: card, connector, cable... and test each case until find the reason and have the solution to fix.

Thanks!

Hello .
There are many possible causes .
To find the problem start with making hard loop back in the SDH E1 fram toward the OSN3500 to check the SDH wiring ,interface & board.
if the TALOS cleared , make hard loop in the end of the tester connector toward the SDH OSN3500 to check the device connectors .

-check the setting of the device make sure of the impedance (75 or 120 ohm) .
- Check the framing (PCM 30CH or PCM 31CH or PCM 30CH with CRC) or Unframed .
It is better to set it unframed..

You can also use LED( light emitting diod ) to check the signal ..
The LED should give light in the TX wire

Regards
