The answer is True!

Roaming is used to prevent users from being aware of terminal roaming. If the terminal obtains an IP address again, the terminal will go online again. In addition, the AP is only a signal transmitting point, and the address pool is configured on the AC. Therefore, STA roaming between APs does not affect the address pool status.
