Today, I’d like to share a case.
Problem Description
NCE : V1R19C00SPC601 + CP6113
User feedback that login O&M plane and find that the time display is wrong with current local time .
Problem Analysis
1.login Management plane to check whether configure NTP server , after check, there is no configure NTP server;
2. login Management Plane to check the time and time zone setting , the time and time zone is correct.
3. login NCE server , then run command "date" to check time , the server time is correct;
4. so doubt it is related Personal setting is wrong, then login O&M Plane to check and find that current user setting time zone is wrong , after modify to correct local time zone , then time display correct.
Root Cause
the User Personal Setting time zone value is wrong.
