Hello,

Today, I would like to share with you this topic which describes how to solve the specific extension number that is not sent, due to the default escape number map of MA5620.

The extension number is 1111. It is completely normal for other devices to dial in the past, but Huawei's dialing is not possible. Huawei's dialing of other numbers is normal. After logging in to the sip server, the number sent by Huawei after dialing 1111 is incomplete, which is 111, less a 1.

The incomplete sending of the number is generally due to the dialing rules not matching well. The number map is called in Huawei equipment. Log in to Huawei's MA5620 to view the configuration of the number map, and find a default (11X | 91X) rule, which is not the complete number to be sent. As a result, directly change 11X to match 110 accurately, and the following 91X is the United States!
