Hello Everybody,

I've got a problem with sending DTMF on my eSpace 7950. If I call somebody and dial additional digits (DTMF) the opposide side rejects my call. I sniffered traffic via Wireshark and noticed the phone tried to send any digit several times (usually six). Please, look at the picture below.

I changed the firmware. I tried to switch DTMF Transmission Mode form RFC2833 to INBAND and I disabled  Noise Suppression and Echo Cancellation functions. But it didn't help. How can I solve the problem?

The current firmware is: V200R003C00SPCq00

I think the log is RFC2833? Please suggest below information:
1. Which party you are calling, intra-office call or local call (e.g. PSTN)?
2. Platform and SIP/RTP trace log. The file is normally large. I think you need to check this with TAC

Well. After so long time I've returned to this problem and solved it. Actually it wasn't a bug of eSpace 7950. Because I read the RFC4733 document and found out there that behavior was standard for RFC2833 transmition mode. Then I debugged it with my ISP and finally we discovered it was a bug on their PBX.
