If the application name is General_TCP or General_UDP,the application information of the current traffic cannot be identified.
Possible Causes
The current version does not support the identification of this application.

If the signature database is in the latest version and traffic still fails to be identified, go to step 2.
2. Provide feedback on the traffic information (application version, browser version, and URL). The feedback method is as follows:
Log in to the Huawei security center platform, choose Support > Feedback, provide the application version, browser version, and URL information according to the following template, select SA from the Feedback Type drop-down list, and submit the feedback.
